By taking Mondays off from “sales.” Monday is the 'Soft Start' for the week ahead. Time to regroup, align, and prepare. Every build is reviewed, trades are booked, client portals updated, and priorities are set. We also use this time for training, team development, personal appointments, and whatever else is needed.
